OnTrack Nursing Assistant Training Available Now!

OnTrack is a new nursing assistant training program designed exclusively for aging services, with student access online and on-demand. The hybrid model includes 35 hours of online and on-demand training, 24 hours of Skills Lab, and 16 hours of Clinicals. LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation is thrilled to bring you this new training solution, which is powered by EduCare.
The OnTrack team will work with organizations to develop individual implementation and enrollment plans.

OnTrack includes four parts:
- Getting Started Guide | MDH Application Assistance, checklists, policy & procedure templates, and more
- Media Kit | Customizable marketing messages and materials to advertise your OnTrack program
- RN Train-the-Trainer Series | Online Courses, individualized 1:1 Onboarding Session, RN Trainer’s Manual, and more
- Student Experience | Online Courses, Learning Journal, Quizzes, Games, Activities, Exams, and Contact with OnTrack Facilitator
Cost:
- $595 per student for LeadingAge Minnesota members
- $745 per student for non-members
- Complimentary components include: RN Train-the-Trainer, Getting Started Guide, Media Kit, 1:1 consultations with OnTrack staff
