Posted on April 10, 2018 by Bobbie Guidry

The Minnesota Board on Aging has released its competitive dementia grants request for proposal (RFP) seeking qualified grantees to provide services, education, and/or resources for persons with dementia and their caregivers. The deadline is May 11.

The grant contract is anticipated to last from Aug. 1, 2018 until July 31, 2019, with the possibility of a one-year extension. The maximum grant award is $150,000. Projects with estimated budgets less than $50,000 do not require match. Projects with estimated budgets between $50,000 and $150,000 require a 25 percent match.

If you have questions, plan to attend the Responders’ Conference on Friday April 20 at 2 p.m.
