The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs has recently named two new leaders. Doug Britain was named the new Campus Administrator for the Minnesota Veterans Homes - Minneapolis effective Dec. 6. Razaq (Zaq) Adedayo, DNP, RN, was selected as the new Director of Nursing (DON) for the Minneapolis Veterans Home effective Nov. 8.

The 2023 Legislative Session brought several changes to Landlord-Tenant Laws under Minnesota law (§504B), which governs requirements landlords and tenants must follow in a rental situation. Many of the changes take effect on Jan. 1.
